The window
Every order through the official checkout is covered for 90 days from purchase. If it has not justified the money by then, ask for the product price back.
What returns
- The product price, in full
- Opened and finished bottles — nothing need be left unused
- Every bottle in whichever order was placed
What does not
- Original carriage, where it was charged
- Return postage, which falls to you
- Orders from unauthorised resellers or marketplace listings
- Anything raised after day 90
The procedure
| Step | What it involves |
|---|---|
| 01 | Find the order number on the confirmation email or packing slip. |
| 02 | Write to the support address on that slip, quoting the number and asking for a refund under the 90-day window. |
| 03 | They return an address and any reference required. |
| 04 | Post the bottles back, empties included, keeping the tracking receipt. |
| 05 | On arrival the product price returns to the card used. |
Timing
Typically a few business days from the return landing. How quickly the credit appears afterwards is a matter for your card issuer — usually another five to ten working days.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
Where a parcel arrives damaged, short or wrong, write to support immediately with photographs. Tracing, replacement or refund then proceeds under their policy, separately from the window.
Official orders only
The window attaches to official orders. Auctions, marketplace listings and third-party resellers almost never carry it, and nothing on them can be traced to a batch.
Operative terms. The seller sets the window and may revise it. Whatever appears at their checkout at the moment of payment governs your order, not this page.
About this page
Queries about the page rather than a specific order: desk@us-leptozan.com. The refund itself comes from the seller, via the address on the slip referenced above.
