Before it moves
Picking and release usually happen inside one to two business days of the payment settling. An order placed on a Saturday or a public holiday enters the queue the next working day.

Note the second row: that $9.95 is the reason the two-bottle order costs the most per day, and it is the one delivery charge that changes our arithmetic.
Tracking
A confirmation email issues at the order; a second carrying a tracking reference follows when the parcel physically leaves. Tracking can take a day to become active after issue, so a blank page on the first evening is ordinary.
Ordering from outside the US
Duties, import taxes and handling charges are set by the destination country and fall to the recipient; they sit outside the checkout total and outside our per-day figures. Some countries restrict importing dietary supplements altogether — check local rules first.
Address accuracy
Verify it before paying. A parcel returned for a wrong or incomplete address can attract a re-dispatch charge, and it is the one genuinely avoidable cost in this process. Spot an error afterwards and write to support immediately.
Lost, late or damaged
Where tracking has not moved for several days, or a parcel arrives damaged, write to support with the order number and photographs where relevant.
